You are invited to exhibit your products and services at the Sierra Pacific Sectional Conference. This year's conference, held at Mount Hermon Camp & Conference Center, is expected to attract over 150 leaders from over 35 camps and conference centers in Northern and Central California and Nevada. 

Digital ad space is available during a rotating slide show before the main conference sessions.

Bronze Level Logo- a 400x400 logo image listed with other Bronze level exhibitors.
Session Slide- a 1920x1080 digital ad. No animation or video.
The conference brochure is an 8.5x5.5-inch full-color booklet given to every attendee.
Ad space is available starting with a half-page ad at the Silver Level. Ad space will be assigned based on pagination and available print space.

Half Page- 3.75 x 5 inch horizontal ad with no bleed
Full Page- 8 x 5 inch vertical/portrait ad with no bleed

All levels include a brochure listing that provides attendees with your company name, website, and contact info.
Exhibiting in person gives you face-to-face time with attendees during our Vendor Lunch on Wednesday, February 12, from 12 pm - 2 pm.

You will be provided with an 8ft table. Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to the postmark on registration. Registration is NOT complete until payment in full has been received.
Electrical Hookups are 110-volt outlets AND are subject to availability. Please bring your own extension cord.
If you can, please bring gifts, products, or services that can be given away as door prizes during the vendor lunch to promote your organization.
Workshops are held on Tuesday and Wednesday during the conference. Each workshop lasts 90 minutes. Vendor workshops are an exclusive opportunity to give a sales pitch or product demo to conference attendees.
