We’re excited to offer an extra day of training prior to the main Sierra Pacific Sectional! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable life-saving skills that can make a real difference at your camp. Choose between Youth Mental Health First Aid or CPR/AED/First Aid Training.
Meals are on your own until the main conference begins (Sunday dinner, Monday breakfast, Monday lunch).
Email info@mounthermon.org with any registration questions.
Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is an evidence-based training that teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges in youth. Through this blended course, you’ll learn how to approach, support, and connect young people (ages 12–18) to appropriate help — whether they’re experiencing a crisis or showing early signs of concern. Check out the website and this video link.
